Return policy

This Return Policy applies to all returns of women's clothing and accessories (the "Goods") purchased through www.eveliliya.com (the "Website") from SPACE BRO TRADING CO., LTD (the "Company"), registered at UNIT 1804, SOUTH BANK TOWER, 55 UPPER GROUND, LONDON, SE1 9EY, UNITED KINGDOM. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the Goods must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact;
- Returned within the specified cooling-off period (see Section 2);
- Accompanied by a valid return authorization number (see Section 3);
- Not listed as non-returnable items (see Section 5).
Customers are permitted to handle the Goods in the same way they would in a physical store (e.g., trying on clothing without damaging the item or removing tags) without losing their right to return them.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with EU and UK distance selling regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return eligible Goods without providing any reason. If the 14th day falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the Company of your intention to return the Goods within this 14-day period (see Section 3 for the notification process).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact the Company’s customer service at wayne@dramapapa.com within the 14-day cooling-off period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number, the name of the Goods, and the reason for the return.
2. Once your RA number is issued, package the Goods securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the packaged Goods to the address provided by customer service within 14 days of receiving your RA number. You are responsible for ensuring the Goods are shipped promptly and securely.
4. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking information for your return package, as the Company is not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Refunds

Once the returned Goods are received and inspected by the Company (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify their eligibility for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in EUR, within 14 days of the Company confirming the eligible return. The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price of the Goods, excluding any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, as outlined in Section 7).
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and the Company is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, in compliance with EU and UK consumer laws:
- Personalized or made-to-order Goods (e.g., custom-sized clothing, monogrammed items);
- Undergarments and lingerie, if the hygiene seal has been broken;
- Goods that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer;
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page);
- Free gifts included with purchases.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns initiated within the 14-day cooling-off period (due to customer preference, size mismatch, or change of mind), you are responsible for all return shipping costs. The Company will not reimburse these costs unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or misdescribed item (see Section 7).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as the Company cannot confirm receipt of untracked packages.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive Goods that are damaged, defective, or do not match the product description on the Website, please notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to wayne@dramapapa.com.
In such cases, the Company will cover all return shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a replacement of the Goods, at your discretion. The Company reserves the right to inspect the damaged or defective Goods to verify the claim.

8. Returned Goods Not Meeting Eligibility

If returned Goods do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1, the Company reserves the right to reject the return and return the Goods to you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to send the Goods back to you.
