Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.eveliliya.com (the "Website") by customers ("Customers") purchasing women's clothing and accessories (the "Goods") from SPACE BRO TRADING CO., LTD ("Company"), registered at UNIT 1804, SOUTH BANK TOWER, 55 UPPER GROUND, LONDON, SE1 9EY, UNITED KINGDOM.
1. Shipping Destinations
The Company ships Goods to most countries within the European Union (EU) and selected international destinations. A full list of eligible shipping countries is displayed at checkout. The Company reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions at its discretion, and will notify Customers if their selected destination is unavailable.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, the weight and dimensions of the order, and the selected shipping method. All shipping costs are displayed in EUR and are added to the total purchase price at checkout, prior to payment confirmation. Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum purchase value, as specified on the Website from time to time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
The following shipping methods are available, with estimated delivery times (excluding order processing time):
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days for EU destinations; 7-14 business days for international destinations.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days for EU destinations; 3-5 business days for international destinations (available for select countries only).
Order processing time is 1-2 business days, during which the Company verifies payment, prepares and packages the Goods. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond the Company’s control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions).
4. Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, the Company will send a shipping confirmation email to the Customer’s registered email address (provided during checkout). This email will include a tracking number and a link to track the order’s delivery status through the selected carrier’s website. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status of their orders.
5. Customs & Duties
For international orders (outside the EU), Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs, and are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Company is not liable for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.
6. Risk of Loss & Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of Goods after delivery. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage or missing items to the carrier and the Company within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Address Changes
Customers must ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. The Company cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped. If an order is returned to the Company due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the Customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs to resend the order.
8. Undelivered Orders
If an order is undelivered due to the Customer being unavailable to receive it, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the order is not collected or re-delivered within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to the Company. In such cases, the Customer will be notified, and a refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued once the Goods are received and inspected by the Company, or the Customer may opt to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
